The consulting work is where I partner with organizations. But the reason I do that work starts with something more personal — a deep belief that every individual deserves conditions where they can come alive and shine.
That belief shows up in how I coach individuals and build community too.
If you're a professional navigating a career transition, a leader trying to figure out how to show up more authentically, or someone who just needs a space where people actually see you — this is where that work lives.
I work with individual professionals — often women in midlife career transitions, but not exclusively — who are rethinking how they show up at work and in life. My coaching is strengths-based, grounded in CliftonStrengths methodology, and built around the belief that you don't need to be fixed. You need conditions where what you're already great at can actually be used.
This is for you if:
What coaching with me looks like:
We start with CliftonStrengths. Not because it's the answer to everything, but because it gives us a shared language for what you do best and how you're wired. From there, we work on whatever matters most — career clarity, confidence, how you show up as a leader, how you manage your energy, how you stop saying yes to everything that isn't aligned with where you want to go.
I'm not a therapist. I'm not a life coach with a script. I'm a practitioner with 15 years of organizational experience, a genuine love for people, and an ability to ask the questions that get you unstuck.
Coaching engagements are customized. Reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense for you.
The Grove is a deeper dive. It's a 6 month cohort experience for women who've decided they want to transform how they show up — at work, in their relationships, and in their own story.
Built around strengths-based exploration, guided reflection, and the power of doing the work alongside other women who get it, The Grove is designed for the person who's ready to stop waiting for permission and start building the life they actually want.
What makes The Grove different:
The Grove has two starts a year: February and October.
Many of the professionals I coach and the women in The Grove work inside the same organizations I consult with — mid-size companies navigating big growth, mergers, and / or acquisitions. Sometimes a coaching client says "my organization needs what you do." Sometimes a CHRO I'm working with says "I could use this kind of support personally." The individual and the organizational aren't separate worlds. They're the same people, seen from different angles.
If you're here because someone in your professional life mentioned my name, welcome. Whether what you need is personal coaching, a community, or a conversation about what your organization might need — I'm glad you're here.
Let's figure out the right fit.
