The Grove welcomes women at any level—individual contributors, middle managers, directors, VPs. The magic comes from mixing perspectives. A VP might need to hear what an IC remembers about boundaries. An IC might need to see how a VP navigates organizational dynamics. We learn from each other.
Plan for about 5 hours per week, including coaching sessions and self-paced work. This isn't meant to add to your overwhelm—it's meant to help you get out of it. Focusing on yourself for this short season will reap benefits for years to come!
Life happens. Sessions will be recorded, and we'll find ways to keep you connected even if you miss one.

The Canopy is ongoing community—slower exploration, weekly touchpoints, connection with other midlife women. The Grove is a 90-day intensive—deeper, faster transformation with individual coaching, group sessions, and structured content. Think of it this way: The Grove is where the transformation happens. The Canopy is where you stay connected after. And I address some of the content from The Grove in The Canopy, but at a much slower pace. The Grove is for the woman needing something to change now and ready to dig in.
Your Olive Groves membership continues for a full year. You'll transition into The Canopy with ongoing access to women already enjoying the connections, The Midweek Pause sessions, and the cohort of women you've connected with during your Grove season.
